Project Management and Coordination can commence at the clients office upon award of the project. Iceberg Project Services, Inc offers personnel to plan assist in preparations and implementation of quality programs associated with procured equipment and materials.  Our Project Managers/Coordinators work closely with the design engineers and other responsible project team members to ensure that all applicable codes, client specifications, contractor testing/work procedures, and approved drawings are considered in preparations of each specific Inspection and Test Plan (ITP). The Coordination role then follows through to implement each ITP, select qualified inspectors, attend pre-inspection meetings, receive and distribute inspection reports, follow/resolve action items, and liaison the activities between the project teams, inspectors/expeditors, and vendors/contractors. Assignments include new construction projects, fabrication, refurbishes, repairs, and reworks.

Site Management, Supervision and Inspection offers clients as-needed personnel to monitor, supervise, perform inspection functions expedite engineering, maintain documentation of manufacturing, and fabrication processes of procured equipment, construction and installations.  These personnel follow pro-active procedures to assure on-time delivery of projects. Assignments include new fabrications, refurbishes, repairs, and reworks.

Procurement Coordination provides clients with personnel to assist in the procurement of materials and equipment. We work closely with design engineers to assure on-time delivery of approval drawings/procedures, and also monitor on-site material control staff to assure on-time delivery of materials and equipment at site. Assignments include new fabrications, refurbishes, repairs, and reworks.

Expediting offers clients as-needed personnel to monitor and expedite engineering, documentation, manufacturing, and fabrication processes of procured equipment.  These personnel follow pro-active procedures to assure on-time delivery of equipment, materials, or components procured by the client.  Assignments include new fabrications, refurbishes, repairs, and reworks.

Vendor Surveillance Inspection offers clients the personnel to fulfill various disciplines at vendor facilities during the manufacturing, fabrication, and testing processes of procured equipment. Inspectors are trained and qualified to the specific disciplines, various equipment types, and associated testing. Assignments include new fabrications, refurbishes, repairs, and reworks of equipment.
